Questions we hear most
How long does a made-to-measure order take?
Typically 2–4 weeks depending on fabric availability and embroidery complexity — we confirm a timeline with your quote before stitching begins. Wedding-season orders are best placed 6+ weeks ahead.
How do I take my measurements?
We send a simple illustrated guide on WhatsApp — all you need is a soft measuring tape and five minutes (a friend helps). If you have a well-fitting outfit already, measuring that works too, and we'll talk you through it.
What if the fit isn’t right when it arrives?
Minor adjustments are part of the deal — we coordinate alterations with you. Because we keep your measurements on file, second orders are almost always perfect on arrival.
How is pricing decided?
By fabric, embroidery, and finish — a plain cotton co-ord and a hand-embroidered Banarasi Anarkali are very different projects. Every quote is shared and agreed on WhatsApp before any cutting starts. No surprises.
Do you ship outside India?
Right now we're focused on India while we grow. If you're abroad and interested, message us anyway — knowing where our future customers are genuinely helps us plan.
